This website is operated by Bob Martin, a Real Brokerage agent and a member of Real Edge Network.
Real Edge Network is an independent network of real estate agents. It is not a brokerage. It is not an official publication of The Real Brokerage Inc., and nothing on this site should be read as a statement by Real Brokerage.
By using this site you agree to these terms.
Real Brokerage's name, logo, and trademarks are the property of The Real Brokerage Inc. They appear on this site for description only.
Open access to Real Edge Network resources
Real Edge Network is an open network.
The tools, training, templates, guides, checklists, and resources described on this site are available to any real estate agent who wants them. That includes:
- Agents at Real Brokerage, no matter who sponsored them
- Agents at any other brokerage
- Team leaders and broker owners at any company
- Agents who have no plan to change brokerages
You do not have to join Real Brokerage to get access. You do not have to name anyone as your sponsor. You do not have to be part of anyone's revenue share network. Nothing here is held back from an agent because of where they work or who sponsored them.
Some resources are free. Some may carry a fee that covers the cost of delivering them. When there is a fee, it is the same for everyone. Sponsorship does not change the price and does not unlock anything extra.

How this site is used
This site is a resource, not an advertisement.
We do not use it in paid advertising aimed at attracting agents. We do not send it through cold email campaigns, mass text messages, automated voicemail systems, or automated marketing platforms. We do not send it to agents we have no relationship with.
It is shared in ordinary conversations, posted on our own social accounts, and given to anyone who asks for it.
No incentives for naming a sponsor
Real Edge Network does not offer leads, cash, rebates, coaching, office space, technology, marketing services, trips, or anything else of value in exchange for an agent naming a particular sponsor at Real Brokerage.
Nothing on this site is an offer made in return for sponsorship credit.
Choosing your sponsor
Choosing a sponsor is the agent's decision.
If you already have a relationship with a Real Brokerage agent, we think you should join with that person. We will say so. We will also tell you when we think someone else is a better fit for your business.
We do not approach agents who have already been introduced to Real Brokerage by someone else, and we do not ask an agent to change a sponsor decision they have already made.
How we talk about other brokerages
This site publishes side by side comparisons of Real Brokerage and other companies. We work to keep them factual, current, and sourced.
We do not speak badly about other brokerages or about the agents who work at them. Agents choose the model that fits their business, and reasonable people land in different places.
If you find something on this site that is out of date or wrong, email bob.martin@realedgenetwork.com and we will correct it.
Your current brokerage agreements
Nothing on this site is legal advice about agreements you have already signed.
We do not tell agents how to end, avoid, work around, or void a contract with their current brokerage. That includes independent contractor agreements, franchise agreements, and non-compete agreements.
Read your own agreements. If you have questions about them, talk to your own attorney.
Membership and community
Real Edge Network events, trainings, and community spaces are open to agents from any brokerage.
When we hold a training or an event, the published agenda is what happens. If an event is about joining Real Brokerage, the invitation will say so before you register.
No guarantee of earnings
All financial figures, commission comparisons, savings estimates, and revenue share examples on this site are for information only.
They are not a promise or a guarantee of earnings. Individual results vary based on production, market conditions, expenses, and other factors. Nothing here is financial, tax, or legal advice.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, including brokerage comparisons, fees, and program details.
Programs and fees change, sometimes without notice. Before you make a decision, confirm the details directly with the company involved. If you spot an error, email bob.martin@realedgenetwork.com.
Comparison information about other brokerages comes from publicly available sources. Fee structures, splits, and policies vary by market, franchise, and individual agreement. Verify current terms directly with any brokerage you are evaluating.
Third-party links and services
This site links to third-party websites, including Real Brokerage's official application portal and scheduling tools.
We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Review their terms before you provide any personal information.
Fair housing
Real Edge Network supports the Fair Housing Act and equal opportunity in housing.
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class, and we expect the same of every agent connected to this network.
Accessibility
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers and other assistive technology.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
